Aerocretos de Mexico

Absolute Perfection! Aerocretos de Mexico – The Best Contractor in Yucatán!

If you are looking for a trustworthy, highly skilled, and professional contractor for your home renovation in the Mérida or beach area, look no further. We recently completed a massive, top-to-bottom home renovation project on our property in Chuburná Puerto, and the transformation is nothing short of spectacular.

Building or remodeling a home on the Yucatán coast comes with its own unique set of challenges—from dealing with intense salt air and humidity to sourcing the right weatherproofing materials. From day one, Fernando Villajuana , the proprietor of Aerocretos de Mexico demonstrated absolute expertise in coastal construction. Aerocretos completely gutted and overhauled our property, executing an incredibly complex scope of work to absolute perfection.

Aerocretos de Mexico beautifully brought our vision to life by delivering:

• A Brand-New Custom Pool: A stunning oasis that was engineered perfectly for our outdoor space and built to last.
• A Gorgeous New Kitchen: The centerpiece of the home, featuring pristine craftsmanship, excellent layouts, and high-quality finishes.
• An Innovative Solar Room: Seamlessly integrated to optimize our energy efficiency and bring modern sustainability to our beach home.
• A Functional Outdoor Bathroom: The perfect addition for pool days, built with durable materials suited for the coastal elements.
• Dedicated Laundry & Store Rooms: Highly organized, smart spaces that maximized our storage and utility layout.
• Total Structural & System Upgrades: They replaced everything, including an entirely new roof, flawless new flooring throughout, a complete plumbing overhaul, and all-new electrical wiring done strictly to code.

Here is why Aerocretos de Mexico deserve the highest recommendation possible:

• Exceptional Communication: We have all heard the horror stories about major remodeling projects, but working with Fernando was entirely stress-free. They kept us updated constantly, provided clear timelines, and were always transparent. There were zero hidden surprises when it came to the budget.
• Impeccable Craftsmanship: The attention to detail is spectacular. From the heavy-duty structural work of the roof, plumbing, and electrical grid to the beautiful cosmetic finishes of the tile and flooring, everything was executed flawlessly.
• Professionalism and Integrity: Every single crew member who came onto our property was polite, respectful, and incredibly hardworking. They kept the job site remarkably clean and finished this massive project right on schedule.

Finding reliable, honest, and exceptionally talented professionals can be a gamble, but Fernando is a gold standard. He took our beach home to the next level, and his integrity is unmatched. We are already planning our next project and will absolutely be using Aerocretos de Mexico again.

Thank you for making our dream home in Chuburná a reality!
